Shipping & Delivery Policy

At GLAMEEZ, we stand for intentional craftsmanship and conscious production. To ensure quality and eliminate mass-production waste, we do not carry pre-made inventory. Every piece is individually cut, tailored, and hand-finished upon receiving your order.

Order Processing & Crafting Timeline

• Production Time: Each garment takes 1 to 2 business days to craft.

• Dispatch Timeline: Your order will be handed over to our logistics partner on the 3rd or 4th business day following confirmation.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Timelines Once dispatched from our workshop:

• Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days post-dispatch.

• Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days post-dispatch.

• Total estimated time from order to doorstep: 5 to 9 business days.

Payment & Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

• Prepaid Orders: Complimentary standard shipping across India. Orders enter tailoring immediately.

• Partial Cash on Delivery (25% Advance): Because every piece is individually tailored from raw fabric, all COD orders require a mandatory 25% non-refundable advance commitment payment prior to fabric cutting.

• The remaining 75% balance is payable directly to the courier partner upon delivery.

• After placing a COD order, our team shares a secure payment link via WhatsApp/SMS to collect the deposit.

• Cancellation Note: If a COD order is cancelled after production has begun or rejected at delivery, the 25% advance deposit will not be refunded, as it covers custom labor and fabric cut costs.

Shipment Tracking As soon as your order ships, you will receive an SMS and email with your AWB tracking link to follow your parcel in real time.
